About the Role

As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific phases of the product lifecycle. This role involves applying technological and methodological knowledge to support clients or projects, managing a team, and driving high-quality software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Basis Administration
• Lead and manage a software development team
• Own team-level decisions and collaborate across teams
• Provide proactive solutions to technical issues
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development and system administration
• Mentor junior team members and promote technical growth
• Engage in project planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must Have:
• SAP Basis Administration
• SAP HANA DB Administration
• SAP BTP Administration
• SAP Monitoring & Tools
• Good To Have:
• SAP security and authorization management
• SAP system troubleshooting and optimization
• SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and performance tuning
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues across SAP landscapes

Additional Information

• A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration is required
• Candidates must have 16 years of full-time education
• This job is based in Navi Mumbai and may involve client-facing roles and responsibilities
